Air Fryer Chicken

Nuggets


1 medium Potato, cooked and diced
1 Chicken Breast, fat trimmed and cut into half inch strips and those strips cut into 3 pieces each
1/2 diced Purple Onion
1 Egg
1/3 C Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Put ingredients into a blender and blend. Shape mix into nuggets and dip in 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour. Air fry at 80 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve dipped in ketchup or Ranch dressing.
